Council
The UL FinTech Business School Council is the School’s highest collegial decision-making body. It defines the School’s key academic priorities and development strategy and makes decisions concerning academic and research activities, as well as the development and enhancement of study programmes. The Council operates in accordance with the Constitution of the University of Latvia and other applicable University regulations.
The Council consists of 10 members: seven representatives of the academic staff, including the Dean of the School, one representative of the administrative and support staff, and two student representatives.

Advisory Board
The UL FinTech Business School Advisory Board is a strategic advisory body dedicated to supporting the School’s long-term development, strengthening collaboration with employers and industry organisations, and promoting the adoption of international best practices.
The Board advises the Rector of the University of Latvia and the School’s leadership on strategic development matters. Its members represent professional associations, employers, international partners, and alumni. Board members are appointed by the Rector for a four-year term.
